This preserve has been on my to visit list for a number of years now. There are two main trails that you can make into a loop by walking along the shore, which has to happen while it’s not high tide. I can definitely see where parts of the shore would be an issue at higher tides – it’s a bit of a scramble at places when you do have full access, but man, was it worth it.
