Pattern: Fish Hat (Dead or Alive?) by Thelma Egberts
Yarn: Knitpick Chroma in the Weathervane colorway, Cascade Alpaca Lana d’Oro in Ruby, Classic Elite Renaissance in the Cardinal colorway, Cascade 220 Heathers 2445 (green), Cascade 200 Superwash 844 (lighter purple), Knitpicks Wool of the Andes Superwash in Columbine Heather, Malabrigo Rios in the Glazed Carrots colorway
Needles: Size 7 DPNs and Circs

I made this hat with the same pattern for my friend L a few years back.   In the meantime, she’s gained a nephew, who apparently thinks it’s the best thing ever.     So when I was down visiting in January, and mentioned I was taking commissions, this went on the list.

I did buy the main body color (the Chroma), to make sure I had enough, but the rest came from my stash.    I’m rather pleased with it – it’s bright and cheery.    I do hope K enjoys being hat twins with his Auntie.
